3. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or fraud. Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store your sensitive payment data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—including designs, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by Storm Brn and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.

5. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews or content, you give us the right to use it for marketing or operational purposes. You must own the content and ensure it doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our Platform, including data loss, service disruption, or order issues.

7. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable security practices but cannot guarantee 100% protection against threats. You can request data deletion at contact@stormbrn.com.

8. Governing Law & Grievances
